Put the heart back into Parliament: all MPs to be paid a decent salary, with no additional expenses: prospective MPs who want more need not apply!
This change would mean that people who aspire to a political career for what they can get out of it will be put off, and will be replaced by local people, with integrity, who are genuinely motivated by a desire to serve their communities, not themselves.
