Scrap the Buy To Let 3% increase to Stamp Duty for Individual Landlords in 2016
In April 2016 the government is planning on implementing an additional 3% on top of existing Stamp Duty fees for all Buy To Let properties.
This is going to have an adverse effect on individuals trying to plan for their future by investing in the property market. Not only is this creating an increase in property prices artificially but may also lead to an increase to rent for those unable to afford to buy.
