Stop charging to send parcels to our armed forces serving in non-combat areas.
Whilst serving their country in non-combat regions but who are still protecting the security and safety of us all, friends and relatives of serving members of the armed forces have to pay to send parcels when their loved ones are deployed to places like The Falklands for many months.
You can't sign this petition because it was rejected. But you can still comment on it here at Repetition.me!
The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We can't accept your petition because the UK Government and Parliament aren't responsible for the issue you raise. The cost of postage is the responsibility of Royal Mail.
You could raise your issue directly with Royal Mail.
If you would like the Government to pay for post to members of the armed forces serving overseas, you could start a petition about that.
