Reduce road tax on cars that do less than 2000 miles a year!

Petition Details

For all those with a weekend toy that rarely sees daylight, that is only driven on sunny days, comes out of the garage for the odd car show and covers a total of 2000 miles a year or less. When its MOT'd each year the mileage would be logged on the DVLA system to prove its less than 2000.
