Implement a 4 day work week
This could lower unemployment while also reducing the stress of a demanding job by re balancing the distribution of work. A shorter week is beneficial to mental health, and productivity may also increase given the same number of man hours due to a happier and more motivated workforce.
There were similar arguments when we switched from a 6 to 5 day work week and it turned out to be beneficial for everyone.
