Grant Chris Brown entry into the UK.
Chris Brown is an American recording artist, dancer and actor. Since the incident with Rihanna he has taken steps to become a stronger, more responsible person, trying to make amends for his past, and promising himself and the watching world never to turn his loved ones into victims again.
"An official reported that the UK banned Chris as a safety concern due to his criminal past: We reserve the right to refuse entry to the UK to anyone guilty of a serious criminal offense. Public safety is one of our primary concerns."
Chris brown is not a threat to the public.
