Call for the government to restrict the use of FIREWORKS.
Only permit them on November 5th. BEFORE 9pm.
Only permit them on December 31st. AT 12pm
Only to be used by proffesional firework handlers in an organised situation open to the public.
NOT TO BE SOLD IN SHOPS.
