Scrap Vehicle Excise (VED) and replace it by placing 1p a litre on fuel.

Petition Details

This proposal would mean that
a) the people who use the roads the most, pay the most and the people who don't use the roads much pay the least.
b) it will remove the administrative burden on DVLA and
c) allow law enforcement officers to contract on other areas
