Introduce a Mansion Tax

Additional Information

Introduce a Mansion tax as proposed by Vince Cable.

Consider using the benefit of the additional revenue to lower the higher rate of 50% income tax to make the Country's tax more competitive in the World.

If there is further scope consider increasing individuals personal allowances to assist the less well off.
