Declare 29th February every fourth year a public holiday.
Every fourth year we have a leap year when there is a 29th day in February. Employees on an annual salary work an additional day in a leap year and do not receive any additional pay.
In a leap year tradition has it that ladies are permitted to propose to their beloved. Support this petition to make 29th February a national holiday and make it as special as Valentines day.
