The lost £200million, where has it gone? Public enquiry please.

Additional Information

When the British Army went into Afghanistan, Tony Blair committed £200 million, specifically targeted to wiping out Heroin production in the Country.

It is a fact that Heroin production in Afghanistan has increased, since we invaded, not decreased as would be expected.
I want the Government to set up a public enquiry into where the Tax payers money went. This money just disappeared. I want to know who spent it and on what. I want an enquiry to establish where it all went and who benefited. Wouldn't that be great to know?
