Many Larger and multi national Companies are able to move money and profits in order to minimize Tax liability. where as domestic companies and individuals proportionally pay much more.

Additional Information

As many large companies are able to move money and profits global in order to minimize tax liability and are able to make up their own Tax policy regardless of State Tax Laws it is now necessary to Tax Companies and Charge VAT on the goods they sell at the point of Delivery therefor forcing them to pay the same tax rates as other domestic companies. If they were to do this then A. the Tax burden normal Tax payers would reduce and it would mean that all are treated equally under the Law
