Petition Action

legalize voting at 16 years of age

Petition Details

I want to take action as i believe 16 year olds are targeted by presidium and stereotyping for the minority of young adults behavior.I wish to give 16 year olds the right to vote as politics affect them equally to adults.

Additional Information

1/3 of young adults in the Scottish Referendum wanted to leave the United Kingdom. This proves 71% of 16-17 year olds were unhappy of the circumstances they were currently in.Young adult might not be obliged to vote, however out of all the age ranges their category had the higher percentage of votes.
