HM Government to bring back the Harrier Fleet.
For HM Government to rethink the mothballing of the Harrier Fleet. If Harriers were on a carrier(Ark Royal or Illustrious)at the beginning of the Libya Campaign HM Governement would have saved millions due to not having to fly sorties from UK Airbases.
The Harrier fleet is a key peace of Defence Infrastructure.
