Make the extra day in a Leap year February 29th a Bank Holiday / Public Holiday.
A special day in the calendar February 29th has many of its own traditions, but is also the celebratory day of the Leap year. This year will celebrate many things; The Olympic and Paralympic Games, European Football Cups. You, the British public should be given the day as a bank holiday to celebrate

Saint Oswald, Archbishop of York Died on February 29th in 992.
