Encourage people to have smaller families

Additional Information

The undersigned recognise the overwhelming environmental impact of human population growth on the worlds eco systems (leading to the endangerment and exctinction of other species) and would like to encourage through education in schools and colleges, raising awareness in people to take responsibility in planning smaller families. No sanctions, just education and free choice.
