The Allotments Act 1925- specifies that land purchased or appropriated by local authorities for use as allotments must not be disposed of without Ministerial consent. This petition was rejected

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:

We cannot accept your petition as it does not call clearly for a specific action from Parliament or the Government.

You could start a new petition calling on the Secretary of State not to give his consent for this land to be disposed of.
