Remove the VAT on taxable element of fuel

Additional Information

Petition HM Treasury to change the way that VAT is applied to Fuel.
Currently VAT is payable on the fuel AND Tax element.

VAT should be applied to the fuel element only
VAT on Tax is unfair and uncompetitive
