London air pollution(congestion) charge to ALL vehicles no exempts.
1. Due to high London air pollution, please consider immediately doubling congestion charge for ALL(inc. taxis, freight, etc) CO2 or other poisonous particles emitting vehicles, from £11.5/day to £23/day.
2. Again double congestion charge in 12months to £46/day. In 24 months to £92/day.
3. Breath!
Existing congestion/pollution charge doesn't help - too many exemptions for taxis, buses and other vehicles. A bold action is required within reasonable means. Clean electric cars are not too expensive for general public and even black cabs.
