Bring back Workhouses

Additional Information

Due to the recent riots, the rioters felt that they wanted to burn down the "rich people's businesses" whilst wearing state of the art gear and having no idea of what it is like to work, due to them being poor and living in council flats, even though the Government is paying them money to keep doing criminal things.
The bad minded people of London need to find out how hard it is to get a job and to keep a job, the value of money and also to know that having the latest thing won't make them happy in the long run.
By introducing Workhouses, those evicted from their council flats can move in, and also be offered work. To work like even poorer people do in third world countries. To know what is like to work, just for a day.
