Split BT and Openreach up as they are not serving the public interest
We moved into a new build home on 9 Dec 2015. BT had been informed of the exact date 5 weeks earlier. By the middle of Jan we still had no phone line or internet so we sacked them and employed Virgin. Within two weeks Virgin had us up and running.
