Make blatant tax avoidance a crime.
Big multinational companies with the know how can easily afford to circumnavigate the UK tax rules and not pay their fair share of tax. They can somehow arrange deals with the HMRC.
I served overseas in the British Army for a total of 16 years and I paid my fair share.

We can't accept your petition in its current form as it does not call for clear action from the UK Government and Parliament. For example, your petition does not state who would determine whether the tax avoidance was blatant, or how "blatant" would be defined. You could submit a petition calling on Parliament to change the way in which multinational companies are taxed.
