Motor scooters to be fitted with silencers to drain out noise pollution
Scooters with their high pitched whining contribute greatly to noise pollution in urban areas

You could start a new petition calling for Parliament to make a law to require that all motor scooters are fitted with silencers, if that is what you would like to happen.
