Make it illegal for children to be unloaded from a vehicle in to the roadway

Petition Details

On my way to work I often see parents unloading their toddlers and children on to the roadway. It would not take much for a child to end up being injured by a passing car. I think children should be unloaded on the kerbside for their own safety.
