Stop Both Private Land Owners and Councils Having to Pay Through to CourtsRemove
Due to Many of these Travellers Removing Fence Posts, Cutting Chains on Gates and Other Means to Gain Access it is Unfair that Both Parties should have to Pay to get them Removed, The Police Do Not want to get involved for fear of causing Issues with Them, They should be Able to Instruct them to Go.
We have had them Lift out Posts to Railings to get into a Play Area, they gave Locals Abuse and made Threats, Raced around the Football Pitch Churning it up, left a Large amount of Human Waste and Rubbish to be Added to the Council Bill, this is just one case as they have cut Chains to get into Fields, the Police do Not take any to Court as they would if it was you or I and so NOT a level Playing Field for All.
