Mains gas supply to residential properties

Additional Information

Place a responsibility on utility companies to offer a provision of mains gas to all residential homes without excessive charge (no more than £2k) and in a timely manner (no more than 6 months), particularly in an urban/town situation where properties are within metres of a gas supply.
