Invite HM the Queen to strip Sir John Chilcot of his knighthood.
The report of the Chilcot Inquiry (announced June 2009) hasn't yet been published. Chilcot says that the full report won't be available until this summer (2016). The delay has subverted democracy (postponing accountability and preventing evidence-based policy-making) and distressed the bereaved.
