Make it illegal for automatic service charges to be added onto restaurant bills.
Paying a tip to a waiter or restaurant should be completely discretionary and not be automatically added onto a bill. Restaurant diners should pay a tip on their own accord and not feel obliged to pay it due to it being awkward to ask for it to be removed.
