Reduce Council Rates and un needed Council Personnel

Additional Information

This country is overburdened by taxes across the UK, and not by a small amount the local councils have over burdened the local rate payers with too many personnel creating jobs for what can only be described as hangers on. Local councils should be made to reduce their rate taxes and lower their staff levels.
