Make law/part of MOT high viz vests first aid kit and fire extinguisher in cars.

Petition Details

It should be law and part of the MOT that every car should carry high visibility vests 1 per seat as well as a first aid kit and fire extinguisher. Also that no matter what time of the day or night if you break down you must wear the vest. Might just save quite a few lives even one.
