Bring Back National Service
I would like a discussion on the issue of bringing back National Service...not necessarily for people to fight on the front line but I feel something like this has to be debated and investigated.
I feel that national service for the population would be a good way to instil pride, routine, dicipline and structure into the lives of the younger generation. I am fed up with hearing they believe they are hard done by and have to resort to riots similar to what happened the other week. You have to work to get anywhere in this life, there is no free meal ticket and it doenst matter what background you come from you are responsible for your own destiny!
