Ensure the gender pay gap can be as low as possible/eliminiated
The gender pay gap in the UK is 19.7% (2013). This is unsuitable!
Over the years the gender pay gap has lowered. However, it is quite astonishing that despite living in the 21st century, we steal have to deal with an inequality when it comes to salary and pays.
