Make video recording of hearings in Courts and Employment Tribunals mandatory.

Petition Details

At present, litigants-in-person and certain groups receive hostile and unfair treatment in Courts and Tribunals. Employment tribunals do not record proceedings. Voice recordings in Courts are edited before being released. The system makes perjury possible and perversity in decisions unchallengeable.
