Relax prohibitive immigration laws and embrace the human right to family life!

Petition Details

Due to restrictive and prohibitive immigration laws, we and other genuine marriages have suffered unfair and inhumane treatment as a result. Unlike EU nationals, we British citizens are forced to fight for a fundamental right to have a family, we are persecuted as criminals and our privacy invaded.

Additional Information

Over a period of nearly 3 years due to mistakes made by the Home Office and poorly conceived immigration laws this family has suffered huge expense, anxiety, stress, suffering, alienation and discrimination. I, a British citizen taxpayer, married for 5 years to a non EU national, with whom I have a British child, still face having my wife and child torn away from me and sent to a 3rd world country depriving us of our fundamental right to privacy and family life. UK laws need to embrace families.
