Demolish the run down towers of North Kensington and replace with decent housing
It's time to replace these towers with housing whose appearance don't contribute to residents feeling marginalised. Quoting RBKC: "The focus for our ambitious regeneration is in areas of North Ken. where the social housing stock is in large estates built in slum-clearance initiatives in the 60s/70s"
Frinstead House, Markland House and Dixon House look incredibly run down, dirty and abandoned. This contributes to marginalisation and overall lack of integration of residents into the community, possibly leading to crime. The overall neighbourhood appearance also suffers from bad reputation. Quoting RBKC: "The focus for our ambitious regeneration is in areas of North Kensington where much of the social housing stock is in large estates built in slum-clearance initiatives in the 1960s and 1970s"
