Make proper funding of the NHS a legal requirement via tax rises if necessary
There is a discourse promoted by the media that says "the lower taxes are, the better." Surely a properly funded NHS that works efficiently and serves its purpose with well trained and motivated staff is what we all want? I would be happy to pay the extra 2% of tax needed to properly fund the NHS.
