Limit council tax exemption to students housed in purpose built accommodation.

Petition Details

When Coventry planning committee agree another student accommodation development they quote that this will return a good number of current "student houses" back to use as family homes. To encourage this only students in purpose built multiple occupation properties should be exempt from council tax.
