Free parking at all motorway service stations
Currently, motorway service station landowners are charging motorists for parking on their premises if their stay is of a duration lasting more than two hours. This is despite repeated pleas via matrix signs for tired motorists to take a break. For the long-distance, nocturnal driver, a two hour break is simply not long enough but they are discouraged from resting for longer due to the sudden and exploitative cost.
