Give nurses a payrise
Nurses work long hours,often without breaks to eat or go to the loo. Many suffer from illnesses due to long hours and lack of sleep, many have debilitating back,neck,shoulder and foot injuries from standing long hours, moving patients etc. Many cannot afford childcare or mortgages
