Mental health issues aren't taught or spoke about enough especially to young people and this needs to be changed

Additional Information

1 in 10 people aged 5-16 suffer with mental health disorders
however it is not talked about enough in schools as there is a stigma behind it and it is quite a taboo subject that isn't spoke about
