leave school from 15yrs providing income tax is being paid

Additional Information

To encourage work ethic in young adults and to allow those who want to study the peace to do so, allow youngsters to leave school from the age of 15yrs if they can find a job. So long as, up to the age of 18yrs, they are in a job and paying income tax/national insurance they do not have to attend school, if they become unemployed schooling or training will kick in again after so many months.
