To introduce headlights ON anytime when driving.

Most of the countries in the continent have compulsulory headlights on throughout the day either all year long or during winter seson (Oct-Apr).

It has proven to increase visibility of the vehicles therefore reduce the number of accidents during bed weather conditions during the day.
It is also known that even during sunny hot days the metalic finish may reflect the light reducing the visibility.
