As social renters have social clauses in their rental agreements then any agreement that allows people to live in a house should have compulsary social clauses which state the householders and their family can be evicted if anyone is guilty of criminal conduct"

As mortgage agreements allow people to live in a house then social clauses should be added to ensure mortgage holders are equally liable to eviction for criminal behaviour as social renters to ensure everyone is equal before the law
