All fines issued by government organisations to go to charity.

Additional Information

This petition would support ALL fines issued by government organisations such as, parking fines, speeding fines, TV license fines etc. Be paid directly and totally to charity.

The fines themselves will be the same but the revenue collected will not go to supporting the government and these organisations but to people who really need it.
