Convicted rioters should work in chain gangs

Additional Information

With burgeoning prison populations we should make those convicted of public order offences genuinely pay society back for their crimes.

We have roads to repair, railway sleepers to lay, verges to mow, litter to collect, chewing gum to remove and graffiti to clean.

Round up all those convicted. Put them in dormitories and make them give something back to society rather than sending them to jail to study advanced crime.
