Take action against any parliamentarian found to be sleeping in parliament.
There are numerous photographs of MPs and Lord napping whilst being paid public money to run our country. If any other public servant...teacher, nurse, road worker were to spend his or her time sleeping it would be a disciplinary issue.

We can't accept your petition in its current form, as it does not call for a clear action from the UK Government and Parliament. For example, your petition does not state what action should be taken or who should take the action.
We also can't accept petitions about discplinary arrangements in the House of Lords. This site is jointly owned by the Govenrment and the House of Commons. The House of Lords is responsible for its own rules about conduct.
You could start a new petition asking clearly for the action you would like to be taken on MPs.
