It's not clear what action you would like the Government to take on this issue. For example, it's not clear whether you would like a penalty (such as a fine) to be imposed on people who misuse A&E, or whether you would like powers to be given to healthcare staff to refuse treatment in some circumstances.

You could start a new petition explaining clearly what action you would like to be taken. It would also be helpful if you could explain how you think "misuse" of A and E should be defined.
