Lord Kilmuir's letter to Edward Heath concerning sovereignty loss over ECA1972.
It is quite clear that Heath overstepped the mark and Constitutional advice with ECA1972.

The police in Westminster are now in possession of many submissions to them describing this treasonable action. So far they have refused to take action thereby committing misprision of high treason. This needs to be discussed at the earliest opportunity since a Referendum clearly compounds this treason.
