Petition Action

Force supermarkets to distribute unwanted food to charities.

Petition Details

In February 2016, French supermarkets were banned by law from "throwing away and spoiling unsold food" - food which is now distributed through charitable organisations to those who need it most. Here in the UK, a reported 15m tons of food is wasted per year. This petition aims at cutting that down.
