Footpath Parking - Make the Laws Equal throughout the Country on Safety Grounds.

In London it's an Offence but NOT in the rest of the Country, should be Equal, Drivers parking say around Sclools cause Serious Safety issues for children who walk into the Road to get around them.
In our area last week Three Women were arrested over fighting over their children's safety, Safety.

Additional Information

Many Sclools have issues with Parking on the Footpaths in the Country and needs sorting with a Law change, Children have been Killed and Injured, the Police do Not get involved although reported in must cases, children should be safe and Footpaths clear of mainly Lazy drivers, Footpaths should be as it states and the Road the same with Section 161 updated, London has Wide Footpaths mostly while other areas Footpaths are narrow.

Let's bring the Law into the 21st Century and Not the Past as it Is
